Green Parking Council Presents Pioneer Award to Mark Muglich of ABM Parking Services

NEW HAVEN, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Green Parking Council (GPC) recently announced that it has awarded the 2013 Pioneer Award for Sustainability to Mark Muglich, President of ABM Parking Services (formerly Ampco System Parking).
