Ampco System Parking Awarded Contract with the City of MinneapolisLOS ANGELES – May 10, 2006 – Ampco System Parking, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract with The City of Minneapolis. The contract covers parking operations management as well as security, janitorial and engineering services for the City’s 30 parking facilities containing more than 25,000 parking spaces.

The City of Minneapolis is a vibrant metropolitan area with one of the largest daytime worker populations of any city in the country with 160,000 people occupying 24 million square feet of Class A office space. In addition, the city welcomes an average of 90,000 visitors daily, which increases substantially during events at the Target Center and the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome. There are also 30,000 residents living in Downtown Minneapolis.
