announced today that ABM's Facility Services business has been selected
to provide a full range of facilities engineering maintenance services
for Commonwealth Partners' properties across the Western and Midwestern
United States. The deal builds upon Commonwealth Partners' existing
contract with ABM Parking Services.
Commonwealth Partners is a fully integrated private real estate
investment, development, management and operating company based in Los
Angeles. The multi-year, multi-million dollar contract spans a number of
key markets including Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco,
Austin, Salt Lake City and Washington DC. In all, ABM will employ over
70 engineers across 11 Commonwealth Partners locations.
