ABM Landscape Services Branches in Charlotte and Tempe to Become OneSource Landscape & Golf Services

NEW YORK, Oct 06, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Charlotte, N.C., and Tempe, Ariz., branches of ABM Landscape Services will be renamed OneSource Landscape & Golf Services, Inc., one of the leading landscape and golf course maintenance providers in the U.S. ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) acquired OneSource Services Inc., including its landscape and golf services subsidiary, in 2007.

As OneSource Landscape & Golf Services, the Charlotte and Tempe branches will continue to provide a range of commercial landscape management and maintenance services, including, among others: landscape, golf course and sports turf maintenance; landscape design and installation; and irrigation system maintenance and installation. The branches will continue to serve the landscape management needs of clients ranging from municipalities and sports organizations to resorts and theme parks.

The change to OneSource Landscape & Golf Services will be effective Nov. 1.
