ABM Industries Schedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Announcement and Investor Webcast

SAN FRANCISCO, December 6, 2005 – ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) will announce its financial performance for the company’s fourth quarter that ended on October 31, 2005 on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 after the market closes.

Early the next day, on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 6:00 a.m. (PST), ABM will host a live webcast of remarks by President and Chief Executive Officer Henrik C. Slipsager, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer George B. Sundby. Individuals interested in participating in the conference call are asked to register at 415/733-4061 by Thursday, December 8, 2005.
