NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) will announce its financial performance for the Company's fourth quarter and full-year earnings for its fiscal year that ended October 31, 2010 on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, after the market closes.

On Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (EST), ABM will host a live webcast of remarks by President and Chief Executive Officer Henrik C. Slipsager and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer James S. Lusk.
