NEW YORK, NY — December 5, 2008 — ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) will announce its financial performance for the company’s fourth quarter and full year that ended on October 31, 2008, on Monday, December 15, 2008 after the market closes.
On Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. (ET), ABM will host a live webcast of remarks by President and Chief Executive Officer Henrik C. Slipsager, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer James S. Lusk.
