ABM Industries Incorporated Names New Executive Vice President for ABM Engineering Services

SAN FRANCISCO – November 15, 2006 – ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) has named Mike Latham as executive vice president of wholly owned subsidiary ABM Engineering Services effective December 1, 2006. Latham joins ABM following six years at Ford Motor Company. Working in close cooperation with current ABM Engineering President Jim Scranton, Latham will succeed Scranton as president on May 1, 2007.

“Mike’s broad business expertise in facility services and leadership roles with Ford Motor Company, Aramark Corporation and ISS Energy Services will undoubtedly benefit ABM Engineering’s future operations and we are pleased to have him join our management team,” said Steven M. Zaccagnini, executive vice president of ABM. “Many of the ABM operating division employees worked with Mike in the past, and welcome him to ABM Engineering,” he added.

Latham earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
