ABM and Derichebourg awarded contract to service Sigonella, Italy Air
Station

ABM

announced today that ABM Government Services and Derichebourg
Multi-Services, a business division of The Derichebourg Group, have been
awarded with a contract by the Department of the Navy to provide base
operations service support at its Sigonella, Italy air station and
outlying support sites in Sicily, Italy.
Under the terms of the multi-year, multi-million dollar contract, ABM
will partner with Derichebourg on the joint venture to provide the U.S.
Naval Station with a full suite of facilities services, including all
labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities,
transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to
provide base operation and support services. In all, the joint venture
will employ approximately 75 full-time employees dedicated to servicing
the base.
