ABM Facility Services Appoints Senior Vice Presidents

SAN FRANCISCO – February 27, 2006 – ABM Facility Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has appointed Todd Richardson and Charles Booth senior vice presidents.

“We are pleased to have both Todd and Charlie continue in their expanded leadership roles on our management team for the Facility Services operation,” said Steven M. Zaccagnini, executive vice president of ABM and president of ABM Facility Services. “With their respective, extensive expertise in sales, marketing and building maintenance, they further strengthen our Facility Services operation to continue delivering the high standards our customers have come to expect,” he added.

Richardson joined ABM in 2003 as vice president of ABM Engineering. Previously, he served as the managing director of asset services for Insignia/ESG, Inc., where he provided senior leadership for the Southern California Property Services Group. A graduate of University of Southern California, Richardson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and finance.

Booth began his career at ABM more than 15 years ago as an assistant branch manager at CommAir Mechanical Services, which ABM divested in 2005. Throughout his tenure, he transitioned to ABM Engineering and was promoted to regional vice president of the Northwest Region in 1997.
