Mr. Gartland is the chairman and chief executive officer of Montway Auto Transport, a privately held auto transport company since 2023. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Gartland served as president, North America for Avis Budget Group, Inc., a leading global provider of vehicle rental services. Previously, he was executive vice president, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care at Avis Budget Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, where he developed the overall strategic direction for marketing and sales. Mr. Gartland was employed by JohnsonDiversey, Inc. from 1994 to 2008, in various high-level capacities, including as president of the company’s North American region from 2003 to 2008, vice president, Sales, Health and Hospitality from 2002 to 2003, vice president, Business Development from 1998 to 2002, with various positions of increasing responsibility within the company from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Gartland served as vice president and director of national accounts at Ecolab, Inc. from 1980 to 1994. Mr. Gartland has served on the board of directors of Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: XHR), a self-advised and self-administered REIT that invests primarily in premium full-service, lifestyle and urban upscale hotels, since 2015 and serves as chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Gartland’s qualifications to serve on our Board include his extensive experience in senior executive positions at major, multinational companies, including sales, operations, financial management, leadership, and mergers and acquisitions. He also brings public company board experience to our Board.
