ABM Industries Schedules First Quarter Earnings Announcement and Investor WebcastSAN FRANCISCO, February 28, 2005 – ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) will announce its financial performance for the company’s first quarter that ended on January 31, 2005 on Monday (Pacific Time), March 7, 2005 after the market closes.

Early the next day, on Tuesday, March 8th at 6:00 a.m. (Pacific Time), ABM will host a live webcast of remarks by President & Chief Executive Officer Henrik C. Slipsager, and Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer George B. Sundby.
